A tour of the place‍

On the rearside of this residential building, away from the street road traffic, you’ll find this apartment half a story up with elevator access.

The entrance has space for hanging overcoats and leaving shoes. To your right the spacious, calm and always sparkling clean bathroom with a nice shower and washer and dryer combined.

To your left from the entrance area a few steps leads down to the first bedroom. The kingsize (180x200cm) bed is made up of two singles so can be split if preferred. There is a hypoallergenic pillow selection and fresh hotel duvets.

From the entrance you enter the living area straight ahead. There is a large closet for unpacking and a full size mirror for getting ready for a night out. The comfortable sofa unfolds to a high quality queensize (180x200cm) bed. The 40” SmartTV has free Netflix or you can download your favourite app. The superfast wifi of 250mbps lets you stream on multiple devices in HD without problems.

The open kitchen and dining area with great light from the floor to ceiling windows lets you exit to the small terrace and lush courtyard through a glass door. The round dining table has space for 6 and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything from stove, oven, fridge, freezer to Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher etc.

The last bedroom is through a door and down a couple of stairs. There is kingsize bed(180x200cm) with a hypoallergenic pillow selection and warm hotel duvets. You can exit towards the inner street from the bedroom.

The area
The northern part of Amager Strandvej is the latest addition to this new and upcoming residential area by Copenhagens popular beachfront Amager Strand. It’s a quiet neighbourhood mostly populated by natureloving families still wanting to be close to the city center with just 3 stops on the Metro to Kongens Nytorv.

Restaurants, bars and cafes are starting to pop up but the biggest attraction is the secluded beach gardens across the street and of course the massive beach front area up the road.
