Daniel & Jacob’s Apartments is looking for a full-time colleague to join us as a maternity cover – with the potential to continue beyond the initial period if new opportunities arise. You will be the heart of our guest communication and the person ensuring smooth, warm, memorable stays every single day.

Founded in 2015, Daniel & Jacob’s is a family-owned operator of hotel apartments and studios. With personal service, local experiences and adaptive operations, we offer a sustainable alternative to small hotel rooms and unpredictable short-lets.

What you’ll be doing

No two days are the same, but you can expect to:

● Handle daily communication with guests via email, messaging and phone and in person

● Convert inquiries into reservations through friendly, proactive service

● Prepare for guest stays, including special requests or arrangements

● Help resolve issues and turn potential negative experiences into positive ones

● Coordinate with tech, reservations and operations teams

● Develop and implement add-ons and small luxury touches for guests

● Update and monitor booking channels such as Booking.com, Airbnb & Expedia

● Analyse reviews and feedback, and prepare useful performance insights

What we expect of you

We welcome applicants from many backgrounds – if you can say yes to most of the below, we would love to hear from you:

● Experience from hotels, serviced apartments, Airbnb hosting or similar guest-facing roles

● Fluent English (Danish and other languages are an advantage)

● Able to work independently and plan your own day

● Comfortable navigating various IT systems and digital tools Good knowledge of Copenhagen and what’s happening around the city

🍼 This is a barselsvikariat (maternity cover) Duration: approximately 12 months If opportunities arise and it’s a great match, we would be happy to continue the employment after the cover period.
