Today we operate 170+ fully equipped units, spanning from smart studios to luxurious 5-bed apartments in Copenhagen and Århus. More locations are on the way.

A brand-new position for our Copenhagen team. 

Copenhagen-based Daniel & Jacob’s Apartment is flying high, thriving and expanding. Now we are looking for a practical genius who can help us supervise and maintain our popular hotel apartments in Copenhagen. If this sounds like a job for you, you might be our new Facility Manager. What you will be doing:

Not two days will be alike, but expect this to be part of your daily routine and responsibilities:

  • Scheduled quality inspections in all apartments. Run through all appliances, hardware and amenities. 
  • Urgent calls and repairs when needed – Being on call. 
  • Responsible for fire systems in all properties. 
  • Helping ongoing refurbishments. Includes contracting and organising workers and purchasing materials. 
  • Assisting development projects. 
  • Ordering/purchasing and assembling replacement furniture and interior. 
  • Assisting customer service with practical and technical questions from customers. 

 

What we expect of you:

We encourage people with all kinds of backgrounds and experiences to apply, as long as you can say “yes!” to the following:

  • We expect you to have some experience with building and using tools 
  • You write and speak English – danish is a plus but not needed. 
  • You are an open and happy person with a positive attitude. 
  • You are flexible and available 7 days a week, but do plan and complete most of your daily functions yourself. 
  • Ready to begin work asap
